1 Definitions and Scope

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the betgd platform and all its associated services. The following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the betgd website, mobile application, and all related services.
• "User" or "you" means any person registered on or using the platform.
• "We" or "betgd" means the organisation operating this platform.
• "Account" means each user's individual registered profile.
• "Bet" means any financial wager or gaming transaction placed on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means additional balance granted as part of a promotion, to which separate wagering requirements apply.

These Terms apply to all individuals residing in Bangladesh who use the betgd platform. Using the platform means you have read, understood, and fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

The following conditions must be met to register and use betgd's services:

2.1 Age Requirement

This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. betgd may request an identity document or other proof at any time to verify age. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Process

When creating an account you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full legal name (as shown on your national identity card or passport)
• Active mobile number or email address
• Date of birth
• Current address

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited, and if detected all accounts will be closed.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

betgd may conduct a Know Your Customer verification process at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or other government-issued documents. betgd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if a user does not cooperate with the verification process.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. Keep your password confidential and do not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or giving an account to another person is strictly prohibited. An account must be operated only by the original registrant.

3.3 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time. Send the request to the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The betgd platform currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests take up to 1 hour to process. Withdrawals should be made using the same method that was used to make the deposit.

• Account verification must be completed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• betgd reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.
• betgd may request additional documents for verification purposes, and failure to provide them may delay the process.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. After the bonus is credited to the account, bets equal to 20 times the total bonus amount must be placed before it can be withdrawn (wagering requirement: 20x).

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bets placed with bonus funds will only count on specific games — the list of eligible games is available from support.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically approved.
• betgd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be closed.

5.3 VIP Program

betgd has three VIP tiers. Tiers are upgraded through regular active play:

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

VIP tier benefits are subject to change at betgd's discretion.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

betgd platform offers slots, live casino, sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), and other games. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game. betgd may change these limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Issues

If any discrepancy arises in a game result due to a technical fault or disconnection, betgd reserves the right to void or correct the result. In such situations, the decision of the support team is final.

6.4 Fair Play

betgd believes in fair play. All game software is tested by third parties and runs on systems that ensure random outcomes (RNG-based).

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betgd platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
• Bonus abuse, collaborative betting, or placing bets using arbitrage methods.
• Hacking, cracking, or any unauthorised technical interference with the system.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Registering using a fake identity or another person's identity.
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other users.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities, the account may be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and legal action taken where applicable.

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Service Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by betgd

betgd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Legal directives from authorities.
• Failure to cooperate with account verification.
• Extended period of inactivity.

11.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, please submit a request to the support team. It is important to withdraw any available balance before closure, as retrieving your balance after the account is closed may be complicated.

12 Changes & Updates

betgd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through the platform.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
